Description
The Fairchild MOC3021 is a zero crossing optocoupler that provides efficient and reliable isolation between high and low voltage circuits. It consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode and a light activated silicon bilateral switch, which enables the device to control AC loads with low power consumption.
