Description
The Analog Devices LTC5594IUH#PBF is a high linearity, passive down-converting mixer that is ideal for applications in wireless communication systems, cellular base stations, point-to-point radio links, and other related applications. It operates in a wide frequency range from 300 MHz up to 14 GHz, and supports RF and LO signal ranges of 200 MHz to 14 GHz and 100 MHz to 5.5 GHz, respectively. The device has a low conversion loss of 6.4 dB and an exceptional high input third-order intercept point (IIP3) of up to +30 dBm, making it ideal for high performance receivers.
This mixer is fabricated using silicon germanium (SiGe) technology, which provides superior noise figure and linearity. It is designed to operate from a single 5 V supply and provides a variety of output interfaces, including a differential IF output and a single-ended RF output. The device has an unbalanced LO input that provides an LO leakage suppression of up to -30 dBc, making it ideal for systems with stringent noise performance requirements.
