Micron MT25QL256ABA8E12-1SIT is a high-performance NOR flash memory device incorporating 256 Mb (32 MB) flash memory. It features a high-speed quad-SPI interface, enabling fast read and write access with a maximum clock rate of 108 MHz. The device provides uniform block erase, sector erase, and page erase operations, allowing flexible erase granularity. It also supports fast program and erase operations with a typical program time of 1.8 ms and erase time of 70 ms. The device operates from a single 2.7V-3.6V power supply and provides low power consumption in both active and standby modes.
