Description
The Littelfuse SP0503BAHT is a surface-mountable bidirectional TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients and other transient events. It provides protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) , as well as other events such as lightning strikes and power surges in systems operating at up to 5 volts. The diode has a minimum breakdown voltage of 6 volts and a maximum clamping voltage of 15 volts, with a peak power dissipation of 400 watts. The SP0503BAHT is housed in a package measuring only 1.0 x 0.6 mm, making it an ideal solution for electronic devices that are both space-limited and require protection from sudden voltage surges.
