The Microchip 24LC512-E/SN is an I2C compatible 512 kilobit serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) that operates on a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. The device is accessible through a two-wire serial interface, and features a write protect pin for additional security measures.
