Description
The Texas Instruments ADS1263IPW is a highly accurate, low-power, 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that is specifically designed for use in precision measurement applications. It features six differential channels, each with a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) that can amplify signals up to 128 times. The device also includes a built-in excitation current source, which is used to power external bridge sensors, and an onboard temperature sensor for highly accurate temperature compensation. The ADS1263IPW operates at up to 2.5 MSPS (mega samples per second), and has a very low noise floor, making it ideal for use in high-precision applications such as weighing scales, strain gauges, and medical instrumentation.
The ADS1263IPW is designed with a number of features that give it exceptional accuracy and performance. One of these is its programmable digital filter, which provides high-pass, low-pass, and notch filtering options, as well as flexible digital signal processing capabilities. The device also has a built-in reference voltage, which provides a stable, accurate voltage source for the ADC’s internal conversions. Additionally, the ADS1263IPW has a very low power consumption, with a programmable, low-power standby mode that allows the device to operate for extended periods of time without the need for frequent battery changes. Overall, the Texas Instruments ADS1263IPW is a versatile, highly accurate, and low-power ADC that is well-suited for use in a wide range of precise measurement applications
