Description
The Microchip MIC33153YHJ-T is a low-dropout regulator (LDO) that operates with an input voltage range of 2.5 to 20 volts and has a maximum output current of 500 mA. It delivers an output voltage that is adjustable between 1.21 to 19.5 volts through the use of external resistors. The device is designed to offer excellent load and line regulations, as well as low output noise and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). It has an output accuracy of ±2% and can operate in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
This LDO regulator features thermal shutdown and current limit protection, which prevent the device from overheating and possible damage caused by short circuits.
