Description
The Toshiba TLP293-4(GB-TPE(T is a quad-channel optocoupler that is used to isolate low voltage electrical circuits from high voltage electrical circuits. It consists of four high-speed phototransistors and four infrared light-emitting diodes (LEDs) housed in a single package. The optocoupler is designed to provide high isolation voltage, high current transfer ratio, and low power consumption. The TLP293-4(GB-TPE(T optocoupler is widely used in applications that require high isolation voltage such as industrial control systems, power supply circuits, and motor drive circuits.
The TLP293-4(GB-TPE(T optocoupler has a maximum isolation voltage of 5000Vrms and a minimum current transfer ratio of 100%. The optocoupler has a maximum switching frequency of 5MHz, which makes it suitable for high-speed switching applications. Its low power consumption makes it suitable for portable and battery-powered applications.
