The Infineon IRFH5010PBF is a 100V single N-Channel HEXFET Power MOSFET designed for high performance power supply applications such as DC-DC converters and bridge circuits. It features an extremely low on-resistance of 9mΩ at 10V gate drive, making it an excellent choice for high current applications. The MOSFET has a maximum continuous drain current of 31A and a peak current of 124A, making it ideal for high power density applications.
The package features a small footprint and low profile with its 5x6mm PQFN package. It also has a low thermal resistance of 2.5°C/W which enables efficient heat dissipation.
