Description
The Analog Devices AD7417AR is a temperature sensor that provides high accuracy temperature sensing in a compact and easy-to-use package. It operates using an on-chip band gap temperature sensor and sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter. The device has a digital output that is interfaced with serial peripheral interface (SPI) or inter-integrated circuit (I2C) interfaces. The AD7417AR has a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C with a resolution of 0.0625°C and an accuracy of ±0.5°C.
