The Xilinx XCAU15P-2SBVB484I is a high-performance, 16nm ultra-scale+ MPSoC (multiprocessor system-on-chip) that is designed to deliver optimal processing performance for a range of embedded applications. The device boasts up to 4.272 tera-operations per second (TOPS) of hardware-accelerated artificial intelligence (AI) computations and up to 6,000 GMACs (giga multiply-accumulate operations per second) of DSP computing capacity.
The MPSoC features an integrated quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 application processor, a dual-core Arm Cortex-R5 real-time processor, and an advanced FPGA fabric, providing an ideal combination of high-speed processing, low power consumption, and customized hardware acceleration. Additionally, the device supports various high-speed connectivity interfaces, including PCIe Gen4, USB3.0, and Ethernet 10Gbps, making it suitable for use in demanding network, storage, and cloud computing applications.
