Description
The Diodes AP2111H-3.3TRG1 is a low dropout linear regulator designed to provide a constant output voltage of 3.3V with a maximum output current of 600mA. The device operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 6V and has a low dropout voltage of 260mV at full load. This makes it ideal for applications where input voltages may vary or where a stable output voltage is required.
The AP2111H-3.3TRG1 features low quiescent current of 65μA and a shutdown mode which reduces the current consumption to less than 1μA.
