Description
The Texas Instruments LM335AZ/NOPB is a precision temperature sensor that can accurately and reliably measure temperature over a wide range of temperatures. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C and provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the temperature being measured. The LM335AZ/NOPB is a 3-pin device that comes in a TO-92 package, making it easy to integrate into a wide variety of applications.
The LM335AZ/NOPB is a highly accurate temperature sensor with an initial accuracy of ±1°C at room temperature and an accuracy as low as ±0.5°C over the entire operating temperature range.
