Description
The Texas Instruments LMV7239M7 is a single-supply, low-voltage comparator designed for low-power operation in a wide range of applications. This chip features a high-speed response of 5 ns, making it ideal for use in fast-circuit applications. With a low supply current of 40 µA, the LMV7239M7 can operate on a single 2.7-V to 5.5-V power supply, making it ideal for portable and battery-powered devices. The device has an open-drain output and can drive capacitive loads up to 50 pF. The LMV7239M7 also has a built-in hysteresis feature which helps to prevent oscillations when the input signal is noisy or when the input signal is near the threshold voltage of the comparator.
