ON Semiconductor's MURS360BT3G is a high-efficiency, ultrafast recovery rectifier diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and a forward voltage drop of only 1.3V. It is suitable for use in a range of applications, including power rectification, surface-mount and through-hole feeding, and power supply for electrical equipment.
