Description
The Texas Instruments ISO1050DUBR is a galvanically isolated, high-speed differential line transceiver that provides signal isolation of up to 2500 V RMS in the forward direction. It features a low pulse-width distortion of less than 12 ns, making it ideal for use in high-speed communication systems. With its high common-mode transient immunity of up to ±70 kV/μs, the ISO1050DUBR can withstand voltage spikes and transients that can often damage other components in a system.
The device supports data rates of up to 1 Mbps and is compatible with a wide range of protocols such as RS-485, RS-422, and PROFIBUS. It also features a wide supply voltage range of 3 V to 5.5 V and draws very low currents of just 1 mA in shutdown mode and 15 mA in normal operation. With its small footprint and low power consumption, the ISO1050DUBR is an excellent choice for use in high-speed, isolated communication systems where reliable, robust communication is required
