Description
NXP PESD15VL2BT is a low capacitance ESD protection device designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) events up to ±15 kV air and contact discharge. This device is formed using silicon ESD protection diodes and a low capacitance TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) array integrated into a single package. The TVS diodes provide a clamping voltage of 23 V to protect against high transient voltage events such as lightning strikes and ESD events. The PESD15VL2BT has a low capacitance of 0.2 pF, which makes it suitable for high-speed data transmission applications up to 10 Gbps.
This device also has a small package size of SOT23-6, which makes it suitable for space-constrained applications such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other portable electronic devices. The PESD15VL2BT is compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 standard and is RoHS and halogen-free.
