Description
The Vishay VBT6045C-E3/8W is an ultrafast rectifier diode that is designed for use in high-frequency applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 45 volts and a maximum average forward rectified current of 6 amps. The diode has an extremely low forward voltage drop of 0.72 volts, which allows it to operate at high efficiency levels.
This diode also has a high surge current capability of 100 amps, which makes it ideal for use in applications that require a high level of robustness. It has a low reverse recovery time of 25 nanoseconds, which allows it to switch on and off rapidly during high-frequency applications.
