Description
The Linear LTC6915IGN is a precision digitally programmable gain amplifier designed for high signal amplification applications. It operates from a single power supply voltage range of 2.7 to 11V and can deliver a gain range from 0dB to 50dB. The device offers a high common-mode rejection ratio of 106dB and a low input noise voltage of 3.5nV/√Hz. It features an internal reference voltage of 1.25V that can be used to bias an external analog-to-digital converter.
The LTC6915IGN has a high-speed rail-to-rail output which is capable of driving loads up to 50Ω with a slew rate of 45V/μs. It also has an adjustable bandwidth control feature that can limit the amplifier's bandwidth when used in noisy environments. The device is designed using a proprietary architecture that allows it to achieve a low distortion level of 0.001% while operating at a high gain. This makes the LTC6915IGN ideal for amplifying weak signals in instrumentation, data acquisition, and test and measurement applications. The device is housed in an 8-pin MSOP package and operates over the industrial temperature range
