Description
The Analog Devices ADUM7441CRQZ is a quad-channel digital isolator that is designed to provide electrical isolation between two systems. This device is based on the iCoupler technology which uses capacitive isolation barriers to enable high-speed data transfer between the two systems while maintaining electrical isolation. The ADUM7441CRQZ has a working voltage range of 3.0 V to 5.5 V, with a maximum data rate of 25 Mbps per channel.
This digital isolator also has a low power consumption feature, with each channel consuming only 1.0 mW of power at a data rate of 1 Mbps. The ADUM7441CRQZ has four independent isolation channels that allow it to provide reliable data transfer with low jitter and high immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMI). Additionally, this device has a high common-mode transient immunity of 25 kV/μs which makes it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments
