The Texas Instruments TPS73633DBVR is a low-dropout voltage regulator that incorporates a thermal overload protection circuitry which shuts down the device in case of over-temperature conditions. This IC can operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C making it suitable for various applications.
